Murali Aiyer is a Leadership Grid facilitator and Partner- Leadership and Grid India and is based in Chennai-India. He also is a Belbin Team Roles Facilitator and practitioner of Appreciative Inquiry and Vipassana meditation.
He brings in Consulting, Executive Coaching, Mentoring and critical Talent incubation experience over the last 14 years and has been a Leadership level Executive Coach for many organizations including Larsen and Toubro group of Companies a diversified Indian Multinational and Thoughtworks, a global software consulting firm.
Prior to this, Murali has over 23 years of diversified corporate experience across multiple industries in India and Overseas. He has served as Director and Lead HR consultant for CRISIL Limited (a Standard and Poor’s Company); General Manager- Corporate Development with the Piramal group engaged in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering and Retail; Training and Development Manager in a global MNC – Inchcape Plc. in the Middle East and in Training and Operational roles with the Oberoi group of Hotels in India.
Murali’s academic background includes a graduation in Commerce and Economics, Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality Management (Operations) from the Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. Murali has also undergone advanced learning in integrating business strategy with HR in the Middle East (Inchcape Plc.) and with Carlson University (Corporate University of Carlson Hospitality) in USA.
Ms. Sushila is a general Insurance professional with a rich and varied experience of Insurance and Reinsurance. She retired as the Deputy General Manager of the General Insurance Corporation of India. (GIC)
She joined as a direct recruit officer, handling various classes of Insurance at various times and heading a few divisions as a Divisional Manager and a Sr. Divisional manager, in United India Insurance Company Ltd. She then moved over to the technical department of the holding company i.e. GIC. On the Corporation being designated as the Indian Reinsurer in 2001, when the market opened up, was posted to the Reinsurance department. Being the formative years of the Corporation moving from a holding company to a commercial one, she faced many challenges which enriched her with various aspects of Reinsurance underwriting. A stint in the General Insurance Council in the later years, followed by joining a broking firm as a Director gave further insights to functioning of ancillary bodies intermediaries in the industry.
Being a popular faculty in the insurance and communications domain, Ms. Sushila is always involved with training, by giving lectures on various forums.
Mr. S. Srinivasan is an Engineer and MBA with over 50 years of experience in the areas of
Engineering design, service and finally in marketing, in both the domestic and exports market.
He has travelled widely to the Gulf, UK, Europe and the USA. Currently he is a Consultant and Director
with an insurance broking company. For the past decade he is actively involved in the areas of
professional training and development. He is a very popular and sought-after faculty for training
programmes in prestigious banking, insurance and management institutes.
